We know you’ve got something to say! Best Buy Canada Ltd, encourages ongoing employee feedback, whether through informally talking with a manager or through Viewpoint, our formal feedback program. We are always interested to hear suggestions about how to create an even better work environment, and our interest doesn’t stop there. We build action plans to ensure change happens where and when it needs to, resulting in a better employee experience for everyone.

Canada AM/PM - Getting the Big Picture

It's a radio station. (No.) It's a television program. (No.) It's a big morning (AM) or afternoon (PM) office party, and it happens four times a year at our corporate office! The parking lot adjacent to the cafeteria turns into a Big Top tent. Everybody shows up, we talk a bit about where the company's been, where we are and where we're going, so we all see the Big Picture together. Then we enjoy the food and entertainment for the next few hours!
